Dear Heavenly Father,
Because of Your Great Love, You sent Your only begotten Son, Jesus (the sinless, blameless and perfect Lamb of God) to redeems us from our sins by dying on the cross. “Without the shedding of blood there is no remission for sins” – therefore we do not need to offer animal sacrifices any more on the altar to atone for our sins – Jesus did it once and for all (Hebrews 10:11-14). The veil in the Temple was torn in two from the top to bottom (Mark 15:38), we now have access to Your Holy Throne through Christ.
In the light of this, help us read Your Word daily and changed us more and more to be like Christ.

As we listen and worship God through these songs, let the Spirit of God lift our spirits up from whatever situations we may be in (our difficulties, trials, worries about tomorrow) and as in Psalm 34:4 – “I sought the Lord and He answered me; He delivered me from all my fears.” May God’s peace floods our souls.
Let’s FOCUS on:
Many a times when we pray, we have many petitions before The Lord. It’s kind of give, give prayers or God, you do the needful – with no reverence of Who You are. We fail to acknowledged that You are the Creator of the world and we Your created beings. You knew us better than we do ourselves. Nothing is hidden from You. Most of the time we grieved You by our actions and words.
Whatever situation you may be in now – in the ‘valley of sorrows’, at the crossroad of life, doubts about your identity and purpose on earth, facing sickness etc. GOD knows.
He knew us before we were born – Psalm 139:14-16 (NKJV):
I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Marvellous are Your works. And that my soul knows very well.
My frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret, And skilfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, the days fashioned for me, When as yet there were none of them.
Jeremiah 29:11(NKJV): You were created for a plan and purpose –
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
John 10:10 (NJKV):
The thief (satan) does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I (Lord Jesus) have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
Lord Jesus gives us abundant life (“Zoe” – extraordinary life) but satan comes to steal, kill and destroy our lives, whatever God meant good for us.
Lord Jesus has empowered us to rise above what is coming against us so that we become overcomers. He paid the price for our lives on the cross, He sets us free from the bondage of sin.
May this be our heart cry to know God more and make Him known.
Many of us are unable to see Abba Father for who He really is, as often times our relationship with God is influenced by the relationship we have had with our earthly father. When we have issues with our earthly father it can easily be transfer to the new relationship we have with Heavenly Father. If there are unresolved issues relating to earthly fathers with hidden core pains it can easily spills over into many areas of our lives – in families, marriages, careers, ministries and even our walk with God – hindering a life of intimacy and love. When our basic emotional needs are not met during childhood, we are unable to develop healthy relationships with God or other people during adulthood. Each child is different and experiences different languages of love – for example, one child may crave physical touch of hugs and kisses whereas another child in quality time spend playing with them. For a child to thrive they need an atmosphere of unconditional love and acceptance in order to be emotionally secured. The need for praise and affirmation is helpful in preparing them for life. If they live under constant criticisms it will adversely affect their self-esteem and worth. Unfortunately earthly fathers are imperfect and unable to meet these needs. These “father flaws” are ingrained in the children’s hearts with its hidden lies, wound, pain, and disappointments.
Its interesting to note the Physical Atmosphere before He died
“Sister Sheba was diagnosed with 3rd stage cancer. Day by day she grew weaker and thinner and was wheelchair bound. She was brought to the healing service in Singapore by a friend. After prayer, driven by her faith in God, got up from her wheelchair and started walking. She felt the fire of The Holy Spirit upon her and believed that by Jesus stripes she is healed (Isaiah 53:5). During Eddy’s sharing on the glory and healing power of our Lord Jesus she was so full of joy praising God. Faith honours God and God honours faith.
