Specially Made – Part 1

If ever you feel insignificant, or worthless – Remember that God has created you for a purpose:

In fact He planned our earthly existence before we were born.

He cares specifically about each of us.

We are not born by accident.

He made us unique, one of a kind.

Its INCREDIBLE!

Eddy Yong, from HRM (Healingrooms Ministry), Malaysia shared about an incident of a man named Mishael who was robbed, severely beaten up by robbers and suffered head injuries.

Misconceptions of ABBA, Father

Misconceptions of ABBA, FatherMany of us are unable to see Abba Father for who He really is, as often times our relationship with God is influenced by the relationship we have had with our earthly father.  When we have issues with our earthly father it can easily be transfer to the new relationship we have with Heavenly Father.  If there are unresolved issues relating to earthly fathers with hidden core pains it can easily spills over into many areas of  our lives – in families, marriages, careers, ministries and even our walk with God – hindering a life of intimacy and love.  When our basic emotional needs are not met during childhood, we are unable to develop healthy relationships with God or other people during adulthood.  Each child  is different and experiences different languages of love – for example, one child may crave physical touch of hugs and kisses whereas another child in quality time spend playing with them.   For a child to thrive they need an atmosphere of unconditional love and acceptance in order to be emotionally secured.   The need for praise and affirmation is helpful in preparing them for life.  If they live under constant criticisms it will adversely affect their self-esteem and worth.  Unfortunately earthly fathers are imperfect and unable to meet these needs.   These “father flaws” are ingrained in the children’s hearts with its hidden lies, wound, pain, and disappointments.

I believe in Miracles

I believe in Miracles

I believe in miraclesA brother in Christ, brought brother Eddy from The Healing Rooms Ministry, to meet and pray for Dr Chin who was suffering from lung cancer and there were big cancer tumours on his neck.  After prayer, a few of these tumours disappeared, leaving two which had shrunk in size.  Eddy prayed that the Lord Jesus would give Dr Chin and his wife ‘new tongues.’  The Lord Jesus granted their requests and they were able to pray in ‘tongues’ (prayer language).  What an awesome God we serve – full of compassion and love for His children.  All glory be to God.

In another incident in Singapore,  a sister named Sheba was suffering from 4th stage cancer and affected every part of her body.  She has a viral infection on the gall bladder causing it to swell.  The doctors were not able to help her and given up hope.  With the continuous swelling of this organ, the doctors diagnosed that she has 1 day to live for, as it would burst.  At this juncture, Eddy and wife and friends uphold her in prayer for a miracle by the Lord Jesus that his resurrection power would raise her up. We believe in the power of prayer.

I believe in miracles

A week later, They received news from the Singapore brothers and sisters who have been praying for sister Sheba to be set free from cancer in Jesus name.  Sheba’s blood pressure is back to normal.  No more fever.  She will be discharge next Tuesday.  She is on pain killers and do not require scans and she has less pain than yesterday.

We praise God for truly this is a miracle from God that she is still alive.  The gall bladder did not burst.  They urged Eddy and Ireen to continue praying for her full recovery.  We believe as we intercede on her behalf God will heal and save her.

Soaking in God’s love

How would you start your day in the morning?

Do you rush through the day?

Pray for Sabah (Malaysia) Earthquake Disaster

Pray for Sabah (Malaysia)On 5 June 2015, an earthquake struck Ranau, Sabah, Malaysia with a magnitude of 6.0 at 7.15am. Tremors were felt in the vicinity.  Reportedly there were about 187 climbers, 18 of which were confirmed killed in this unforeseen catastrophe.

One of the peaks on Mount Kinabalu (Donkey’s Ears) were broken off.  Many buildings and infrastructure were damaged and even the water drainage system in Ranau and Kundasang areas were affected causing water disruption to several places.

One of the mountain guides, named Robbi Sapinggi was killed during the rescue.

A group of teachers and students from the Tanjong Katong Primary School, Singapore, were on an expedition to Mt Kinabalu was involved in this disaster.

We grieved over the loss of lives and mourns with the families, for the lost of their loved ones.

PRAYER:

Dear Lord,

We pray for the families who have lost their loved ones – may Your peace be upon them.  Comfort them in this time of sorrow and sadness.

Your healing touch be upon those who are traumatised by the incident, especially the children.  For those who are injured, may they recover from their wounds and troubled minds.

We pray for the Rescuers  – Your hand of protection be upon them against landslides and aftershocks.  May the weather conditions be favourable so that the search and rescue team can make their way safely in search of victims that may be trapped under the boulders, rubbles.

As many people in Ranau and its vicinity are affected by the damaged done, Lord, we pray for Your grace and mercy be upon them.  May clean water be accessible to the people as it has affected their livelihood.

We pray that lives and homes to be rebuilt soon.  Lord, send people to help them in this hour of need.  As many of the children from the Tanjong Katong Primary School are still shaken over the incident – Lord be especially near to them as You know what they are going through.

Just as a Shepherd holds the injured lamb in His arms, likewise dear Lord, hold these precious children in Your arms.  May they find security and protection in Your loving care.

In Jesus name,

we pray

Amen

Eyesight Restored – a Testimony

Eyesight Restored - a TestimonySister Gabelle (dressed in black and white tee shirt) was suffering from right eye problems – nerves breakdown, black spots and lines all over her right eye. After Church Service sister Alice (dressed in red teeshirt) brought Gabelle to Eddy, who ministers in the Healing Rooms, PJ, Malaysia, for prayers.  God honoured their faith and by His grace, love and mercy her right eye is healed.

During prayer, brother Eddy said “when two or three are gathered in His name, the Mighty name of Jesus, He will be with them to heal.”  Incidentally Gabelle had just taken a photo of a song (with handphone) during the church service and the lyrics depicts similar wordings.

She had been desperate for her eyesight to be restored and had been praying, crying out to the Lord Jesus to heal her right eye.  Just as in Mark 5:34 – “Daughter your faith has made you well…” (NKJV) Thank you Lord Jesus.

Miracles do happen today, contrary to some who considered that its the thing of the past.  As In Hebrews 11:6 – “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” (NKJV) Faith is prerequisite to a miracle.  Do you need a healing?  Call out to the Lord Jesus, Have faith in the awesome miracle working God we serve.

Break Free

Break FreeA recent visit to a place called CalvarylandBreak Free

Praise God for restoring the eyesight of an inmate.

A parkinson patient received strength to walk and run on the spot.

An Alzheimer lady with kidney failure was filled with faith that she stood up and believed that our Lord Jesus had healed her and given her new kidneys and new brain cells.  May God honour her faith and heal her.

An elderly man received healing from body and joint pains whilst listening to the testimonies of healing.  Many of them were encouraged, strengthened and resolve to live with hope, joy and peace and love in Christ Jesus.  Thank you Lord Jesus – we give You all our praises and worship.  We declare all glory be to God. Amen.

Prioritize Prayer

Prioritize Prayer

  • In everyday situations, do we seek God in prayer before embarking in a project, plan or decisions?
  • Do we seek God only when facing insurmountable challenges?
  • Do we make plans and expect God to endorsed it with His blessings?
